Description: Join ICES on a contract impacting national security as a Configuration Management Analyst. This position is located in Chantilly, VA. This position requires an active/current TS/SCI securityclearance and be willing and able to pass an additional polygraph as needed.
As a Configuration Management Analyst, specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Duties:
Analyze changes of product design to determine the effect on the end product design and function and determines and prepares documentation necessary for change.
Design and establish management documentation.
Authorize the release of drawings, and software configuration changes specified by management and other functional groups.
Develop and maintain software configuration management tools to support configuration identification, control, reporting, and delivery of both internally developed and externally purchased commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) software products.
Perform configuration management and release engineering tasks to ensure new software product operating parameters are documented, comply with standard hardware configurations, and are logistically sustainable.
Design, develop, automate, and maintain productivity tools using programming, database or scripting languages to improve software modeling and development.
Design and implement build procedures that are used to support software product development and use.
May develop software configuration standards for company-wide use.
May train software developers in the use of configuration management tools and the implementation of software quality standards.
May provide guidance to less experienced employees.
Required Qualifications:
TS/ SCI Security Clearance and be willing and able to pass an additional polygraph as needed.
Master’s Degree with at least 0 – 2 years of experience; Bachelor’s Degree with at least 2 – 4 years of experience; or a High School Diploma with at least 8 – 10 years of experience.
