Intelligence Consulting Enterprise Solutions, INC. is looking for an Configuration Management Analyst Description: Join ICES on a contract impacting national security as a Configuration Management Analyst
These positions are located in Springfield, VA. All positions require an active/current TS/SCI securityclearance and be willing and able to pass an additional polygraph as needed.
As a Configuration Management Analyst, specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Duties:
Develop and recommend strategies to optimize system configuration procedures.
Performing research and analysis to identify the strengths and weaknesses of current systems.
Implement solutions in problem areas and create configuration policies and regulations to improve workflow.
Provide support by assisting in installation, troubleshooting, upgrading, and performing regular maintenance checks on systems.
Serve as an intermediary between decision makers and management teams to track testing performance, conduct process mapping, and identify internal inefficiencies.
Develop and present effective technical presentations to senior management and to technical/non-technical audiences; must possess strong written and verbal communications skills.
Skills and Experience: Required:
Bachelor’s degree or 6+ years of experience in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Engineering or Business, or other related fields.
Capable of working individually, collaboratively, and report to a department head.
Contributes to complex aspects of projects and conduct root cause problem analysis to develop technical solutions.
Desired:
Junior-level experience in the field of Configuration Management Analysis or related fields with the skills to work independently and seek guidance when needed.
4+ years of experience in one or more disciplines of Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Engineering or Business, or other related fields.
